基本信息

余津嫺,能源经济与环境政策研究所,教授,博士生导师。四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选、国际能源转型学会(ISETS)副秘书长、中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会气候金融分会理事、西南财经大学双碳数据开发与能源安全研究团队负责人之一。近年来在国际、国内高水平期刊发表论文20余篇,多篇高被引和热点论文。主持国家自科基金项目1项,主研国家级、省部级科研项目多项,编写《新时代绿色经济与可持续发展报告》2部。担任国际期刊Climatic Change副编辑。近期研究关注双碳目标下的减碳方案与对经济社会的影响。
